Federation ATX is NonProfit Corporation established in Texas.
Donations to Federation ATX NonProfit Fund will support our curriculum and model space colony educational programs exclusively.
Educational programs and data will be released under a Creative Commons 4 International. This is the same license NASA and ESA use when releasing educational materials. This will allow teachers anywhere in the world to download and use our educational programs and data at no cost.
All donations to Federation ATX will be audited annually. Audits will list total donations, cash on hand, and expenditures on a category basis.

Discretionary Fund
(Taxable)
Federation ATX will pay taxes on discretionary donations.
Federation ATX will be staffed with Primary Volunteers who make a full time lifetime commitment. Federation ATX will not pay salaries, but will instead subsidize Housing, Vehicles, Clothing and Food for Primary Volunteers.
Subsidized expenses will be paid from the Discretionary Fund only.
Tax deductible donations paid from discretionary funds will be claimed as such.
